Pemphigus Vulgaris (PV)

Pemphigus vulgaris (PV) is a rare and severe autoimmune disease in which the immune system mistakenly attacks healthy tissues in the upper layers of the skin. This causes painful blisters, particularly on mucous membranes such as the lining of the mouth and the genitals.
